March Beginners Course
Our beginners sessions are available as blocks of 6 classes and cater towards makers who are just starting their journey into clay. These sessions cover the basics of ceramic making from clay preparation to final glazing. Current round starts on Thursday 20th of March at 6.00pm
Please wear clothing you do not mind getting dirty. Classes run for 2 hours with 30 minutes for clean up.
Brief Outline
Class 1: pinch pots & coil pots.
Class 2: slab building
Classes 3 & 4: the wheel.
Class 5: a chance to develop some of the techniques explored earlier in the course.
Class 6: glazing.
Start to get to know clay better, and experience your own creativity in a friendly, welcoming setting. The six 2.5 hour classes cost £270, payable on booking.
